Working with creative process to explore emotions, dream imagery, or work through the inner movements of the psyche does not require a great deal of technical skill.  The focus of the work is on the PROCESS and not the PRODUCT.  Although one's final piece may have significance and meaning, the insight and process it takes to create it often holds many riches. When doing creative process work, pay attention to your inner guidance and instincts, get curious and playful, and create from the inside out.
